ABS-CBN’s “The Buzz” interview Kim Chiu last Sunday, April 19, 2009. The interview is special because it was Kim Chiu’s birthday last Sunday. In the said interview, Kim Chiu admitted that she is afraid to commit because of her parents’ separation.

The actress said: “Ayokong masaktan muna. Siyempre lagi yan di ba, pag mag-boyfriend, mag-girlfriend laging nasasaktan?”

The actress is thankful that her onscreen partner Gerald Anderson is not pressuring her to jump into a relationship. Gerald Anderson has publicly admitted his feelings for Kim Chiu.

“Hindi naman siya nangungulit. Hindi rin siya laging nagtatanong, parang wala lang. Walang tanungan kung, ‘ano na ba tayo’ hindi siya makulit kaya okay naman siya,” the actress added.

ABS-CBN’s “SNN: Showbiz News Ngayon” aired an interview with “Tayong Dalawa” star Kim Chiu. She was interviewed during her birthday press conference. Kim refuted rumors that she was with her ex-boyfriend in Bohol during the Holy Week. In fact, she clarified that she was in Cebu during the Holy Week to be with her family. She admitted that she had a boyfriend when she was in first year or second year college; but describe their relationship as “puppy love.”
