The 10th installment of this horror franchise tells three tales. “Emergency” is set in a hospital, where a pregnant patient (Dizon) turns out to be an aswang. “Class Picture” occurs in a school haunted by an insane nun (Garcia). “Nieves” (Rivera) is about a cranky engkanto slayer who retired after losing her lover to a fairy.
