SBS excited about ABS-CBN’s My Girl remake

Seoul Broadcasting System or more popularly known as SBS in South Korea is the TV station behind the hit Korean TV Series My Girl. On an article published by abs-cbnNEWS.com, SBS is actually excited for the Philippine remake of the hit Korean series. ABS-CBN’s remake of My Girl will start none other the first Big Winner of PBB Teen Edition, Kim Chiu. Co-starring Kim Chiu is Gerald Anderson as Julian. Here is an excerpt from abs-cbnNEWS.com:

South Korean TV and radio network SBS (Seoul Broadcasting System) is very excited about the preparations being done for a Philippine version of its hit TV series “My Girl”.

“My Girl” is ABS-CBN’s first franchise drama from SBS Korea. The popular TV series is a story of love and friendship, and its Philippine version will star former PBB Teen Edition Big Winner and teen idol Kim Chiu. [...]

We would also be seeing Enchong Dee, Alex Gonzaga, David Chua, Regine Angeles, Nina Jose and many others on the said TV Series. My Girl will premiere on May 26, 2008 only on ABS-CBN.
